This is me I'm Len Smith.

If truth be known, I should have retired by now, but can I honestly see myself in a rocking chair staring in to nothingness.? No way. I still feel as active now as I did when I was in my twenties. I’m a great believer that you only get one shot at life, so grasp it with both hands and run with it. And if you enjoy what you do, why stop?
I have three passions in life: My Photography – The Great Outdoors – and my little Patterdale Terrier Tess.

I’ve always been a photographer, but only took it up professionally some 10 years ago. Before that I had another business which was very different, so I guess I wasn’t ready to move on from that. It was only the fickle finger of fate that pointed me in the right direction, and I am glad it did.  I am asked to do many different types of photography, anything from commission work but my one true passion is Dog Photography.
Many people have said I have a knack for photographing dogs but I believe it is down to the fact that I enjoy taking photos of dogs - that combined with being able to see a dogs true personality when I am working with them has to be a winning combination, don't you think?

And this is my girl Tess

  • Who is my real passion. She is a smooth heaired Paterdale Terrier aged 6 who I have had since she was 7 weeks old. Everyone who comes in to contact with her immediatly falls in love with her and where I go she goes. If she isn't welcome then neither am I
  • She even has her own page - check it out
